Key Account Manager (KAM)

The success of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs) depends on having a powerful and customer-focused sales team, so we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement commercial strategies for the assigned accounts to achieve sales and profitability objectives. * Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. * Identify and analyze customer needs, providing customized solutions. * Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. * Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, R&D) to ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep abreast of market trends and the competition, identifying new business opportunities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the consumer goods or similar sector. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. * Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
