Key Account Manager JR Cellphone industry The Junior Key Account Manager (KAM Jr.) supports the management and growth of strategic retail accounts such as Elektra, Coppel, and Liverpool. This role focuses on sales execution, account coordination, commercial follow-up, and ensuring successful product placement and sell-through within the Mexican retail market. Key Responsibilities • Support the commercial relationship with key retail accounts (Elektra, Coppel, Liverpool). • Assist in the execution of sales strategies and plans for assigned accounts. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on account goals and objectives. • Conduct regular business reviews with key retail accounts to discuss performance, opportunities, and challenges. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and account activity. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned retail accounts. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction among customers. • Identify and address any potential issues or concerns within the accounts, ensuring prompt resolution. Key Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role. • Strong understanding of the Mexican retail market and its trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel within Mexico as required.
