Aufgaben

As a central part of our Advertiser Team, you support the idea of performance-oriented online marketing and contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of our sales strategies. Your focus lies on winning new advertisers for our affiliate marketing network as well as strengthening existing business relationships.

Your task area:

• You are the first point of contact for online shop operators and support them in setting up or expanding their affiliate partner programs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• You acquire and excite new customers for our network, contributing significantly to a substantial increase in our revenue success.
• You analyze your customer portfolio's partner programs and create reports using our internal admin tool to optimize collaboration.
• You proactively approach customers and recognize early opportunities and risks, allowing you to develop optimal recommendations and solutions.
• You follow current trends in the affiliate marketing sector and apply this knowledge strategically.
• You work closely with your team and report regularly to the team and business leadership.

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification successfully.
• You bring professional experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or similar industries.
• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are strongly committed to providing an outstanding customer service, both in German and English.
• You think strategically and can analyze market trends and turn them into competitive advantages.
• You bring a self-reliant, structured, and result-oriented work style that is characterized by a high level of responsibility and reliability.
