Key Account Manager

About the role
This position sits within a close-knit team and manages a full bag across cardiology, oncology, vascular and interventional products, with a strong focus on custom procedure packs.
A large part of the portfolio is dedicated to customer procedure packs across New Zealand. The focus is on account management and optimisation, with clear opportunity to grow this over time.
With a large territory, this is a role for someone who enjoys being on the road, building deep clinical and commercial relationships, and genuinely owning their patch.
Travel & flexibility
- Auckland based role with potential for Wellington base
- Regular regional travel is required
- Typically 1-2 days per week away
- All expenses fully covered

What you have to do
- Own and manage a high-value key account portfolio
- Drive revenue performance through effective account planning and contract optimisation
- Lead commercial management of custom procedure packs, ensuring margin and service delivery
- Build long-term partnerships with clinicians, procurement and hospital stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing accounts
- Plan and deliver territory activity to achieve agreed sales and performance targets
Skills and Experience
- Proven medical or healthcare sales background
- Experience working in the New Zealand market
- Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and hungry
- Strong work ethic - someone who gets things done
- Confident managing senior hospital stakeholders
- Looking for growth, succession and long-term career progression
- Professional, authentic and straight-up in how you work
