Key Account Manager - Events (Human)

As a Key Account Manager - Events, you are the central point of contact for our existing customers and ensure that their seminars and events are planned and implemented smoothly. You will work closely with hotels, locations, and service providers and turn every request into a successful event.

Your Role

From the initial inquiry to successful billing, you will accompany our customers through the entire planning process and ensure that every detail is correct.

You will undertake, among other things:

• You coordinate seminars and conferences for our existing customers and are their first point of contact.
• You manage the collaboration between customers, hotels, and other service providers.
• You manage hotel contingents and keep an eye on deadlines and bookings at all times.
• You research suitable locations within our portfolio and support the selection of suitable partners.
• You organize the dispatch of event documents and coordinate all organizational details.
• You manage participant registration and ensure a smooth process.
• You check invoices, control billing, and ensure a clear cost overview.
• You evaluate events, create reports, and continuously improve our service quality together with the team.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in Key Account Management or a desire to get into this field; we are open to all experience levels.
• Organizational talent and enjoy coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• A structured and independent way of working, even when things get hectic.
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and a strong service orientation.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and genuine teamwork.
• You love bringing order to complex processes and never lose sight of the big picture.
• Confident use of MS Office and a quick grasp of new software.
• A degree or initial professional experience in event management, tourism, hospitality, or a comparable field is a plus.
