Key Account Manager (m/f/d) | Berlin

You will be the central point of contact for our customers from the signing of the contract through to the construction phase. You will ensure a transparent and reliable customer journey and significantly influence customer satisfaction.

Your Tasks

• You are the central point of contact for our customers from the signing of the contract through to the construction phase.

• You coordinate appointments, clarify questions, and collect necessary documents.

• You support our customers with funding issues and provide them with orientation at all times.

• You transform many individual steps into a smooth customer experience with consistently high satisfaction.

• You will actively help build a new key department and shape its processes.

Your Profile

• You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant manner.

• You are strong in communication and have a pronounced customer-first approach.

• You are open to new things and are eager to help shape a department from the ground up.

• Experience in customer service, project coordination, or key account management is an advantage.

• Knowledge of photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus, but not a requirement.
