KAM (TELEVISIONES Y AUDIO) - CUENTAS DEPARTAMENTALES Description of the position: Responsible for developing and managing departmental accounts of Electronic products. Increase business line insertion and expand market relationships with existing clients. Main responsibilities 1. Knowledge and decision-making based on data analysis 2. Creation and tracking of strategies for department stores, Self-Service and/or Price Clubs 2. Analysis of sales trends and customer behavior to optimize product placement and promotions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions. 3.
