Key Account Manager

The Opportunity We are supporting the Mexico market entry of a fast-growing global personal care brand with a strong track record in international markets. This is a ground-floor commercial role for someone who wants real ownership, not account maintenance. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand enters and scales in Mexico retail. If you enjoy building, not inheriting, this role is designed for you. What You’ll Own Own and grow key Mexico retail accounts (specialty / mass-premium focused) with our top-tier retailers, including Walmart, Costco, and others. Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to drive sales growth, increase market share, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and maximize results. Identify opportunities for new business and partnerships that align with the brand’s strategic objectives. What You’ll Need To Succeed Strong understanding of the Mexico retail landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
