Key Account Manager Belgium

• Develop and execute customer and account business plans, including projects within designated key accounts, to ensure appropriate patient access to medicines.
• Deliver therapeutic information on products in alignment with marketing strategies.
• Conduct local market analysis and gather insights on patient flow.
• Manage professional relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Participate in congresses, meetings, and physician training sessions.
• Monitor the market, gather and share customer insights, and provide competitive intelligence.
• Promote a portfolio of products to surgical specialists in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and according to defined marketing strategies.
• Organise and lead regional educational meetings for physicians and other stakeholders.
• Build formal networks with key decision-makers and influential local stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Document and report daily activities, including routine administration and financial tracking.
• Act in accordance with compliance, legal requirements, and company guidelines.
• Participate in risk minimisation activities.
• Handle pharmacovigilance and quality claims in line with local procedures.

What you will need (job requirements)

* Life Sciences Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

* Minimum of 5 years of Hospital experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

* Experience of working in Hospital and observing surgical procedures is essential.

* Strong background working medical devices or Pharmaceuticals.

* Experience in and of operating theatres, performing demonstrations/congresses.

* Fluent in Flemish/Dutch and English.

* Dynamic personality, pro-active and teamwork.

* Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.

* High persuasiveness and results oriented.
