Key Account Manager

Job Description 1、Manage and develop strategic relationships with Key Accounts (KA) sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their growth within the platform; 2、Establish and maintain partnerships, negotiating mutually beneficial agreements to expand the company's presence and offerings in the market; 3、Oversee the integration of technology solutions, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and KA sellers, enhancing operational efficiency; 4、Lead the sales management team to achieve revenue growth targets through effective account planning, opportunity identification, and deal closure; 5、Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Key Accounts' business needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling; 6、Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability; 7、Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales performance, and account activity; 8、Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making; 9、Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and innovation; 10、Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; 11、Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships within the organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments; 12、Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner; 13、Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; 14、Travel as required for business purposes, including meetings, training sessions, and site visits; 15、Perform other duties as assigned by management.
