Job Description

The scope of work includes voivodeships: Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian.

Duties on the position:

• Promoting assigned products effectively in the designated territory.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, billing departments, etc., building a reputation for AbbVie as a professional company providing high-quality products, healthcare solutions, and services.
• Achieving set sales targets.
• Participating in additional projects within the company.
• Implementing marketing strategy guidelines actively using promotional materials.
• Maintaining market activities of competitive companies and sharing information with the team and immediate supervisor.
• Active monitoring of tenders in all hospitals on your territory, based on publicly available information (regarding people working in hospitals).
• Regularly monitoring contract usage in all hospitals on your territory, based on publicly available information and NFZ reports.
• Achieving promotional budget according to guidelines.
• Collaborating with external clients and engaging them in company projects within the region/product group.
• Co-organizing promotional initiatives, workshops, conferences, and congresses in your region, as well as supporting central activities.
• Processing actions related to documentation, information, and communication with clients
• Preparing a Regional Business Plan and discussing it regularly with the supervisor.
• Openness to changes in structure caused by strategy requirements.
• Timely settlement of expenses, initiating all activities in required systems in compliance with compliance rules.
