Key Account Management Team Lead

We’re looking for a Key Account Management Team Lead, to oversee and grow strategic client partnerships and manage the KAM team for our client, a leading gambling provider.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Key Account Management team, ensuring performance and goal achievement
• Develop and implement strategies for managing and growing high-value client accounts
• Build strong relationships with top clients and act as escalation point for major issues
• Support, coach, and mentor Key Account Managers to improve skills and results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to ensure client needs are met
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to optimize account strategies
• Report regularly to senior management on team performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 4–6 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Senior KAM, or Client Relationship Manager role.
• 2–4 years of team coordination or leadership experience;
• Experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor Degree in a related field
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership abilities for guiding and developing a team of Key Account Managers
• Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret performance reports
