Key Account HORECA Manager – Bucharest

We are looking for a Key Account HORECA Manager with solid experience in developing strategies and managing Food Services (FS) clients at the national level.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and developing KA HORECA (FS) clients.
• Analyzing markets and proposing solutions for increasing brand presence.
• Supporting sales teams TT/FS.
• Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly objectives.
• Coordinating commercial negotiations.
• Managing the SEAP platform (including documentation for tenders).
• Optimizing costs and preparing activity reports.
• Proposing and implementing dedicated HORECA projects.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HORECA channel + 3 years of management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of communication, negotiation, and analysis.
• Middle to advanced level English.
• Category B permit.
• Project management and strategic thinking skills.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
