Key Account Associate (M/F)

What you will do daily

As a Key Account Associate (M/F), you will assist in managing a portfolio of national brands to improve account performance and partner relationships:

Locally, where you will interact with restaurants (franchisees, managers, coaches...):
- Maximize the coverage of your brand portfolio and facilitate the onboarding of new restaurants.
- Identify and activate growth levers: sourcing promotional campaigns, increasing partnership visibility.
- Implement corrective actions on operations (opening, rejections, wait times...).
- Build effective relationships to facilitate information flow.
- Directly manage requests from certain restaurants and provide weekly reports to managers. You will also have an internal role to facilitate coordination with the different functions working on these brands (primarily marketing and operations).

What you need to succeed

- At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer/account management role.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
- Analytical ability based on data.
- Curious and proactive, you are a driver of proposals and initiatives.
- Autonomous, you enjoy responsibility and finding solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team spirit.
- Bilingual in French and English.
