KDB Product Support Engineer

We are looking for a KDB Product Support Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to clients on KX products, with a focus on KDB+. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to KDB+ and related technologies. * Collaborate with other teams, such as engineering and product management, to resolve issues and improve product quality. * Develop and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. * Provide training to clients on KX products. * Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support. * Stay up-to-date with the latest KX product releases and features. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably supporting financial applications or KDB+/Q. * Strong understanding of KDB+/Q programming language. * Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus. * Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
