Tasks

You understand our customers

• Analyzing customer requirements and deriving suitable training contents
• Consulting on efficient workflows and work processes in software use

You convey knowledge understandably

• Conducting customer trainings and inductions (online, on-site, hybrid)
• Safely leading customer conversations by phone, email, or video

You work in a team

• Tight cooperation with service, support, and product teams
• Exchange of feedback from practice for the further development of our software

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• A degree or study in a commercial, IT, or construction-related field – or an equivalent qualification
• Pleasure in communication: clear, friendly, structured, and solution-oriented
• Interest in software and digital solutions (or the motivation to quickly get up to speed)
• Experience in service, support, or customer care is a plus – not a must
• Independent, reliable working style
