Commercial Clerk Online Decor Shop (m/f/d)

Beautiful things for the home – that's what the Logbuch-Verlag stands for. We sell our decor via our Shopify shop and via Amazon, and behind the scenes, a small, well-coordinated team ensures that everything runs smoothly. That's exactly where you come in: we are looking for someone who can reliably manage daily operations and enjoys navigating our systems.

Tasks

• Maintain product data, prices, and inventory in Shopify and on Amazon – cleanly and up-to-date
• Enter orders, check payment receipts, and initiate shipping
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and reliably handle complaints
• Keep an overview in JTL (our merchandise management system) and the connected systems

Qualification

• Above all, reliability – you can be counted on, even with routine tasks
• Enjoyment (or at least no shyness) in clicking through forms and systems
• Confident use of PC and Excel; precise, structured work
• A plus: Experience with Shopify, JTL, and/or Amazon (Seller Central)

A commercial apprenticeship is welcome, but not a disqualifying criterion – more important is that you work carefully and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools.
