Facilities Manager - Cleaning (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged personality who likes to organize, supports colleagues and ensures that our customers are reliably and satisfied treated.

In this position, you will work closely with the Regional Leadership team and be responsible for several objects as well as the teams deployed there.

Tasks

• Caring for a fixed customer base and being the first point of contact for all questions about cleaning services
• Organization and coordination of object leaderships and cleaning teams
• Ensuring that agreed-upon services are reliably, cleanly, and on time delivered
• Planning personnel deployments as well as supporting in case of short-term absences or new objects
• Participation in improving processes and teamwork

Qualification

• Completed training in cleaning or a comparable qualification from the service sector
• Professional experience in cleaning, maintenance cleaning, or infrastructure facility management
• Experience in a coordinating function, e.g. as object leadership or deputy leadership
• Structured working style and good sense of organization and priorities
• Familiarity with MS Office (e.g. for deployment planning, emails, and simple documentation)
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and joy in working with people
• Driver's license class B and willingness to regularly visit the managed objects
• Bonus but not a must: Experience in the area of cleanroom cleaning
