Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper (m/w/d) Real Estate Industry

We are a rapidly growing company in the real estate industry and are looking to strengthen our team by hiring an engaged accounting clerk (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Self-contained management and bookkeeping of own real estate objects
• Implementation of debtor and creditor accounting
• Maintenance and alignment of accounts, ensuring proper bookkeeping
• Preliminary preparation and creation of operating cost statements
• Support in accounting evaluations and general accounting tasks
• Closely working together with the team as well as other departments

Qualification

• Completed accounting training, ideally in the field of bookkeeping/accounting
• First experience in debtor and creditor accounting
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
• Understanding of numbers, structured and meticulous work approach
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork ability as well as independent working, motivation to further develop professionally
