Accounting Bookkeeper, Bookkeeper (m/w/d) Real Estate

We are a rapidly growing company in the real estate industry and are looking to strengthen our team with a motivated accounting bookkeeper (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Self-contained management and accounting of own real estate objects
• Implementation of debtor and creditor accounting
• Maintenance and alignment of accounts and ensuring proper accounting
• Preparation and creation of operating expense statements
• Support in accounting evaluations and general accounting tasks
• Close cooperation with the team and other departments

Qualification

• Completed accounting training, ideally in the field of accounting/bookkeeping
• First experience in debtor and creditor accounting
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
• Understanding of numbers, structured and meticulous working method
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork and independent work, motivation to continue professional development
