Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for Customer Service

BM Eyewear GmbH & Co. KG has been successfully operating as a manufacturer of spectacle frames since 1989. We are represented in the classic trade with optical specialist stores throughout Europe and exclusively market our own brands. Our high quality and above-average customer service are well-known in the industry. The large number of existing customers shows that we are valued as a reliable partner.

We are looking for a commercial employee for customer service, full-time or part-time (25 hours/week), effective immediately.

Responsibilities

• Order Acceptance: Receiving, checking, and processing customer orders via telephone, email, or our web portal

• Telephone Reception: Answering and forwarding incoming customer calls (inbound) as well as answering standard questions about products, delivery times, and returns.

• Complaint Processing: Independent reception, checking, and processing of customer complaints

• Returns Processing: System-based entry, checking, and booking of returns and merchandise returns.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training

• Experience in telephone or personal customer support (e.g., reception, front desk, or customer service)

• Independent and solution-oriented work as well as reliability in administrative tasks

• Teamwork skills and open communication

• Good MS Office skills

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
