Commercial/Mercantile Employee (m/w/d)

We are looking for an engaged commercial professional who will take over order management and ensure smooth communication for our clients and team.

Tasks

• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Document management and data maintenance (DATEV-DMS)
• Correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Creating invoices (DATEV EO)
• Taking over diverse organizational tasks to support our office team

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in a law firm or administrative environment with responsibility for organization or client management
• Desirable are good DATEV user knowledge
• Safe handling of MS-Office applications (especially Word)
• High quality standards, organizational overview, and structured work style
• Safe application of the German language
