Aufgaben

As Central Service for the MERENTIS Group's companies, you will take on the following tasks as part of preliminary bookkeeping:

• Invoice preparation, document compilation, and independent cash management
• Account reconciliation and further preparatory activities for creating monthly statements in combination with DATEV Unternehmen online
• Administrative and operational tasks including written and telephone exchanges with internal interfaces, customers/suppliers, insurance companies, and authorities

Qualifikation

You should bring the following:

• A completed commercial training or a lateral entry with corresponding work experience in the mentioned areas
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with DATEV Unternehmen online is a plus
• You work structured and result-oriented
• In addition, you have a friendly demeanor, enjoy working in a team, and possess high service orientation
• You also stand out with very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
