Sales Support Staff (m/w/d)

The Erkrath/Haan location specializes in

• Production of tow chains made of plastic and steel
• Production of accessories such as guidance tubes and other steel components
• Production of complete systems for demanding customers from the machine and plant engineering industries

To continue our success story, we are looking for a staff member (m/w/d) for our sales support department at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Independent processing of customer orders and maintenance of all relevant data in the ERP system
• Proactive clarification of delivery dates and service-oriented communication with our customers
• Processing of customer requests and complaints with a focus on fast, solution-oriented support
• Coordination of shipping processes in close coordination with logistics and sales
• Main point of contact for our customers in the sales support department – by phone and in writing
• Participation in exciting projects such as the digitalization of processes or the introduction of our new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualificationWork experience in an industrial environment, ideally in technical sales support, project management, or order processing
• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and routine work in an ERP system
• A structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented working style with a focus on the essentials
• Fast comprehension and developed analytical skills
• Very good German language skills and good and practice-proven English language skills
