Tasks

  • You support operational controlling and create regular evaluations, key figure reports, and deviation analyses.
  • You take over the operational customer service and are the first point of contact for commercial inquiries from our business partners. You coordinate and optimize procurement processes, obtain offers, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • You identify potential for improvement in existing workflows and actively drive the further development of internal processes forward.
  • You work closely with the operational units of the group company together and support cross-sectional projects.
  • You manage existing customers, process inquiries and offers, and actively support sales from within the department.

Qualification

  • A completed commercial training or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, controlling, or logistics.
  • First professional experience in a similar position is advantageous.
  • Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is desirable. You work structured, self-responsible, and keep an overview even when dealing with multiple parallel tasks.
  • A strong sense of communication and a confident appearance in dealings with customers and suppliers.
