Tasks

As Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter Netz- und Energiebetrieb (m/w/d) in Aachen, you are part of an engaged team in the areas of network and metering operations. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal departments, external service providers, and cooperation partners.

Kennzahlenentwicklung und Monitoring: Development and comparison of key figures in network operation, as well as monitoring of networks

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen: Conducting analyses and deriving measures
  • Stammdatenpflege & Prognosen: Maintenance of network and customer master data, as well as creation and monitoring of volume forecasts
  • Datenvalidität: Control of load flow data and ensuring the validity of data and consumption data
  • Abrechnungsanalyse: Analysis of billing errors and introduction of corrective measures including written correspondence
  • Kundenbetreuung: Customer service in the areas of network and sales
  • Projektmitarbeit: Participation in projects and support for cost, project, and investment planning

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in the field of energy economics
  • First relevant work experience, ideally in the energy service sector
  • Familiarity with MS Office and interest in branch-specific IT systems and new software solutions
  • High affinity for numbers and data as well as developed analytical thinking
  • Reliable, meticulous, and structured work style
  • Communication strength in word and writing, as well as the ability to look beyond the horizon
  • Team spirit and joy in collaboration with colleagues
