COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE (M/W/D) - FOCUS ON ACCOUNTING AND PERSONNEL

You enjoy numbers, work structured and keep a clear overview even with administrative tasks? At the same time, you appreciate a collegial atmosphere and a trusting working environment? Then we should get to know each other!

Tasks

• You will take over the processing of ongoing financial accounting.
• You will support in preparing monthly and annual statements.
• You will maintain our accounts receivable and payable.
• You will prepare the payroll and accompany it administratively.
• You will take on tasks in personnel administration such as contract management, data maintenance, and creating certificates.
• You will be a contact person for employees, external partners, authorities, and service providers.

Qualification

• You have completed a commercial education or equivalent qualification.
• Ideal would be if you already had experience in accounting and/or personnel administration.
• You are familiar with MS Office and ideally have experience with Sage, DATEV, or Lexware.
• Your independent, structured, and meticulous working style sets you apart.
• You work well in a team and will be described as loyal, trustworthy, and reliable.
