We have laid the foundation for the digitalization of the construction site at Schüttflix. Now we want to make the building industry more sustainable and emissions-reduced. Our way: more recycled building materials and intelligent material flow management. As part of our growth, the Schüttflix Group is looking for unique support for the team of Schüttflix Energy GmbH in permanent employment or as student assistant (20 hours/week).

Your Tasks

• Organization: You will support the management team with all organizational and administrative tasks.
• Back Office: You are responsible for your own tasks, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, document management, accounts receivable and payable, processing of emails, setting up creditors and debtors, etc.
• Support: You will accompany projects and coordinate specific processes.
• Daily Routine: Taking over general office work.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: You have a commercial education or similar qualification.
• Experience: Professional experience in back office or accounting is desirable.
• Personal Strengths: You possess a quick understanding and are very well organized. You are extremely reliable, engaged, and always willing to take responsibility.
• Work Style: You combine your meticulous, discreet work style with a confident demeanor. Your excellent communication and presentation skills also help you.
• Other: You are experienced in using IT and have comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office applications.
