Our customer has specialized in the development and manufacture of dosing and conveying systems for the plastics industry. At our location in Dorfprozelten, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/w/d) to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.
Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben: Preparation of inquiries, procurement and evaluation of offers
Issuing orders and scheduling in coordination with the sales department
Active procurement disposition (including control and monitoring of timely procurement processing)
Processing order confirmations
Monitoring delivery dates and handling complaints
Negotiating prices
Planning, controlling, and optimizing supplier selection
Ihre Qualifikation: Completed commercial training
Long-term professional experience as a purchasing agent ideal
Developed negotiation skills, planning, and organizational abilities
Team and communication skills
Good English language skills in writing and speaking
Experience with an ERP system (e.g. proAlpha) desirable
Independent work style and high reliability
Safe handling of MS-Office programs
