Strengthen our Finance Team as Buchhalter / Finance Specialist (m/w/d) at the Paderborn location.

Tasks

• Responsible participation in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting – including digital interface integration, evaluations, and account reconciliations
• Verification and booking of invoices, statements, and cash transactions
• Support for debt collection, damage claims, and monthly and annual closings
• Participation in the further development of our digital finance processes and workflows

Qualification

• Commercial training (e.g. tax clerk, industrial/business administrator) or business studies
• Experience in financial and accounting matters or motivation to quickly get started
• Familiarity with MS Office – ideally already some experience with modern finance tools/ERP systems
• Team spirit, accuracy, and joy in actively shaping processes
