We are looking for you - full-time to strengthen the commercial building management for an international corporate group with a location in Regensburg. Your tasks: Independent leadership of construction projects in technical facility management including budget management, tenders, and coordination of external service providers
Steering and organization of renovation and relocation projects as well as design of spaces and technical building equipment according to user requirements
Safety assurance of buildings and technical facilities as well as organization of maintenance and repair measures within the scope of operational responsibility
Central point of contact at the location for all matters related to technical building equipment and infrastructure
Needs analysis and coordination with specialist departments, as well as management of technical documentation
Your qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an Immobilienkaufmann/ -frau, Industriekaufmann/ -frau or comparable
Specialized further education desired, but not necessarily required
Relevant work experience
High technical understanding and confident demeanor
Familiarity with common office applications
