As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a

Commercial Employee for Finance / Accounting (m/f/d)

on an unlimited basis and in full-time (38 hours/week) as soon as possible.

Tasks

Your contribution to the team:

• Verification of supplier and freight invoices

• Booking of incoming and outgoing payments

• Carrying out dunning procedures

• Creation of invoices and credit notes

• Preparation of financial evaluations

• Support with monthly and annual closing

• Further development of existing financial processes

Qualifications

Your job ingredients:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship

• Experience in invoice verification desirable

• Independent, goal-oriented, and careful working method

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Team and communication skills

• English skills are an advantage
