We are looking for exactly you as a part-time employee for our Controlling Department (m/w/d) at our location in Münchsmünster.

Aufgaben

The following tasks should be familiar to you:

• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen: You advise and support the management and department heads on all economic decisions.
• Frühwarnsysteme entwickeln und optimieren: You implement and improve indicators for early detection of critical challenges.
• Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente: You are responsible for strategic and operational business planning and coordinate the planning process across all departments.
• Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten: Together with the departmental teams, you create monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, conduct Soll-Ist-Abweichungsanalysen and ad-hoc evaluations, and derive clear action recommendations for management from them.
• Bewertung von Investitionsprojekten: You analyze and evaluate investment projects from a strategic and economic perspective and provide sound decision-making bases.

Qualifikation

Your profile as a controller:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Successfully completed vocational training in accounting, as well as relevant work experience in controlling.
• Technisches Verständnis: Secure handling of EDV systems (e.g. DATEV).
• Fundierte Kenntnisse: You have knowledge of cost and performance accounting, business accounting, and investment accounting.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten: You think analytically and work structured with a developed sense for numbers and creative solution finding.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Excellent communication skills.
• Eigeninitiative und Engagement: You drive topics actively forward, speak openly about critical points, and remain focused even under high pressure.
