Job description
Logbuch Verlag is a growing E-Commerce company with a product range of over 8,000 items in around 100 segments — Deco, Papeterie, Giftware, and Confectionery — on Shopify, Amazon, and in B2B trade. We are looking for a reliable reinforcement for our Operations Team who will think comprehensively about our Marketplace Management and drive it forward.
Tasks
- Comprehensive Marketplace Management for our product range of 8,000+ items in around 100 segments on Shopify and Amazon
- Comprehensive control of price, product description, advertising (Ads), and availability per segment
- Maintenance and input of product and order data in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and JTL
- Coordination of B2B customer orders — order processing and coordination
- Clothing planning and instructions for warehouse and logistics
- Verification and monitoring of orders on further marketplaces like Otto & Co.
- Data maintenance in Excel / Google Sheets – clean, fast, error-free
- Creation and maintenance of product texts
Qualification
- Completed training as a merchant in E-Commerce or comparable professional experience
- Experience with Shopify — ideally also with Amazon Seller Central and JTL WaWi
- Sense for pricing, product range logic, and advertising measures on marketplaces
- Precise handling of Excel / Google Sheets
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Residence in the Regensburg area — around 1 day per week at our office location, rest remote
- Self-contained, structured working style — you will also keep an overview even with many segments
