We develop and operate successful internet portals and are also active as domain registry on the market. We're a tech-savvy team looking for someone who can hold the administrative and strategic reins and actively accompany our growth.

Tasks

Your mission with us:

You'll be the interface between vision and organization. You'll free up the management's back and steer operational processes.

• Business Development & Sales: You identify potential for our portals and manage partners and customers of our registry.
• Financial Management & Accounting: You take care of preliminary accounting, financial reporting, and keep an eye on key figures.
• Project Management: You coordinate internal workflows and accompany the introduction of new features or portals from a business perspective.
• Organization: From contract management to general correspondence – you ensure that administration runs as efficiently as our servers.

Qualification

What you bring:

• Fundamentals: Ideally, a completed business education (e.g., office management, industrial clerk) or equivalent studies.
• Generalist with IT affinity: You don't have to be a developer, but should feel at home in the world of domains, web hosting, and online portals.
• Self-sufficiency: Since you'll be managing the business area, you appreciate setting priorities yourself and optimizing processes independently.
• Communication strength: Whether negotiating with partners or exchanging with the team – you always find the right tone (in German and good English).
