Job description

• Administrative tasks in the area of offer processing
• Support in the processing of general administrative tasks
• Maintenance and management of technical office equipment as well as social media presences
• Support to the team for general matters

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in technical secretarial work, ideally in the construction industry
• Independent, responsible and meticulous working style
• Safe handling of MS Office and modern communication tools
