Tasks

• Monitoring of claims & reminder process: You keep open invoices in sight, initiate reminder processes, and ensure that our claims are settled on time.
• Clearing up payment differences: You analyze the causes of differences, find independent solutions, and maintain professional contact with our customers.
• Synchronization & process optimization: You work closely together as a team, support optimizing internal processes, and actively contribute to increasing efficiency.

Qualification

• Completed accounting training and several years of experience in financial accounting or factoring management.
• Organization talent: You keep track even with multiple parallel tasks and complete each task diligently.
• Communication strength: You confidently interact with customers – personally, by phone, or digitally.
• Self-initiative & sense of responsibility: You recognize tasks independently and actively contribute to improving our processes.
