accounting employee/-in (m/w/d) for our accounting department!

We are looking for an engaged accounting professional in accounting – and offer flexibility:

The position can be filled part-time or full-time. You can choose between 3 to 5 working days per week. If you want to work part-time, we will adjust the task scope accordingly. Please indicate in your application how many hours and working days per week you would like to work.

Tasks

• Voucher control of incoming invoices
• Preparation of outgoing invoices
• Management of guarantees for incoming and outgoing transactions
• Recording and controlling working hours via time-tracking system
• Maintenance of employee overviews for vacation and illness
• Fundamental accounting tasks and processing of industry-specific business transactions

Qualification

• Accounting education
• Experience / prior knowledge in the field of accounting desirable
• Safe handling with MS-Office
• Communication skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Independent and structured working style
