Accounting & Finance Staff Member

The NANO Medical GmbH is a well-established and strongly growing company in the medical technology sector with a focus on sports medicine and orthopedics. For over ten years, we have been reliably supplying clinics, practices, and medical institutions with high-quality products and practical solutions.

As an established wholesaler, we work closely with our customers and partners in the healthcare industry and continuously develop our company further.

In line with our strong growth, we are building out our accounting structures. For this purpose, we are looking for a committed person who not only reliably manages the day-to-day operations but also works together with management to professionalize our financial processes and actively contributes to bringing the company economically to the next level.

Tasks

• Verification, counting, and preparation of incoming invoices for the tax office
• Pursuit of credits, cancellations, and corrections
• Preliminary preparation and monitoring of payment transactions
• Open-item management and debt collection
• Fund management and monitoring of cash inflows
• Pursuit of reductions and rejections by health insurance companies
• Coordination with health insurance companies, customers, and our tax office
• Support in liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring
• Preparation of evaluations and key figures for management
• Analysis of costs, margins, and economic efficiency
• Management of contracts, insurances, and leasing documents
• Preliminary preparation of documents for payroll accounting and personnel administration
• Maintenance of holiday, illness, and time data
• Participation in optimizing and automating processes
• Support in developing the accounting structures further

Qualification

• Completed accounting training, e.g., as a tax clerk, accountant, industrial accountant or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration
• Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Interest in improving processes and actively shaping the company
• Communication strength and entrepreneurial thinking
