Accounting and Administration Employee - 100% Remote, Full-time (m/w/d)

As a young company with a small, motivated team (currently 15 people) we want to further professionalize our accounting and administrative processes – together with you!

Aufgaben

Buchhaltung:

• Verification and timely payment of incoming invoices
• Preliminary accounting
• Preliminary preparation and execution of salary payments
• Communication with tax consultants and authorities, if necessary

Administrative Tätigkeiten:

• Contact person for the team on internal settlement issues
• Maintenance and comparison of overtime & working hours
• Support in organizational tasks (e.g. onboarding, document maintenance)

Qualifikation

• First experience in accounting, payroll accounting or a comparable administrative position
• A structured, reliable, and self-responsible work style
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Experience with digital tools like DATEV, Excel or similar software
