We are looking for a motivated team member to join our location in Berlin at the earliest possible time for the position of

• Kaufmännischer Leiter (w/m/d)

Tasks

• Leadership of the Controlling and Finance department of the Berlin location
• Responsible for monthly/yearly closing
• Analyze business results, including deviation commentary
• Develop and implement measures to increase profitability
• Create financial budgets and regular forecasts
• Ensure compliance with norms and methods
• Responsible for internal audits and annual inventory
• Purchasing and investment management
• Monitoring of fixed assets and inventories
• Fachliche and disciplinary leadership of xx employees
• Deputy to the location manager

Qualification

• Degree in business administration (e.g. BWL) with a focus on accounting/controlling
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, controlling
• Experience in leading employees
• Solid command of the English language
• Ideal good French language skills
• Self-reliance, stress tolerance, flexibility, mobility, analytical skills, assertiveness, team spirit, and correct demeanor
• High IT competence (Microsoft Office applications, SAP, etc.)
• Hands-on mentality
