We are looking for you as

FINANCIAL LEADER (W/M/D).

The family-owned company is mainly active in the development, rental, and management of real estate, as well as in other industries, and employs a total of approximately 70 employees.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to retain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

So, that's what your new job looks like!

• You will take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and be the first point of contact for all financial matters and cash flows within the company group.
• In the development and management of real estate projects (residential and commercial), you will be a reliable navigator and companion.
• You will plan and manage liquidity, dispose of financial resources, and monitor bank accounts.
• The large cash flows of the company group are in your reliable hands.
• You will be the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing.
• You will prepare the monthly and annual statements that are created by an external auditor. You will also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting.
• You will take over budgeting and project controlling for the accompaniment of real estate projects.
• You will monitor income.
• In addition, you will lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• You will be both a competent point of contact and sparring partner for management as well as for some of the managing directors of connected companies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as Financial Manager & Controlling.
• If possible, you could have already gained experience in the real estate industry.
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experiences in connection with statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• You have at least a basic understanding of contract law or have ideal practical experience.
• Juristical knowledge and expertise in real estate law would be the icing on the cake!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
• We are happy to dispense with the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you are extremely reliable and discreet in view of the responsibility.
