in a company group with 10 subsidiaries or participations and seat in Berlin.

The family-owned company is mainly active in the development, rental, and management of real estate, as well as in other industries, and employs approximately 70 employees.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to keep for many years.

• You take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and are the first point of contact for finance and cash flows within the company group.
• In the development and management of real estate projects (residential and commercial), you are a reliable navigator and companion.
• You plan and control liquidity, manage finances, and monitor bank accounts.
• The large cash flows of the company group are in your reliable hands.
• You are the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing.
• You prepare the monthly and annual statements that are created by an external auditor. You also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting.
• You take over budgeting and project controlling for accompanying real estate projects.
• You monitor income.
• In addition, you lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• Finally, you are both the competent point of contact and sparring partner for management as well as for some of the managing directors of connected companies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as Financial Leader & Controlling.
• If possible, you could have already gained experience in the real estate industry.
• You bring good accounting knowledge, also based on practical experiences in connection with statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• You have at least a basic understanding of contract law or have ideal practical experience.
• Juristical understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the icing on the cake!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
