Commercial Leader (m/w/d)

STRAFIN is an international Multi-Family-Office with a focus on Corporate Finance, M&A, Asset Management, Shared Services and Real Estate. We accompany a growing corporate group along the supply chain in the DACH region – particularly in the areas of E-Commerce, IT and Logistics.

We are looking for a full-time and unlimited commercial leader (m/w/d) for our participations in the sector E-Commerce, IT and Logistics at our company's headquarters in Erftstadt near Cologne. The activity takes place standortübergreifend at various locations of our logistics group in the Eifel region (NRW/RLP). The position requires travel readiness to support our group companies on site.

Tasks

• Responsible leadership of the overall finance department of the group
• Führung, Motivation and continuous development of the assigned employees
• Leadership of financial/operational controlling
• First point of contact for operational business planning as well as tax and accounting questions (also for tax consultants and auditors)
• Contact person for further stakeholders: banks, shareholders, managing directors
• Quality management and continuous optimization of organizational processes
• Promote digital processes and structures

Qualification

• Completed business studies with a focus on logistics/controlling/finance
• Multiple years of professional experience in comparable industries
• Solid knowledge of controlling, financial accounting and consolidation
• Very good DATEV knowledge
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Loyalty, self-reliance, problem-solving orientation
• Experience in personnel management and development
• Integrative personality with natural authority, high social competence, conflict and criticism ability
