Responsibilities

• Independent management of finance and accounting, including organization of bookkeeping and preparation of annual financial statements in close coordination with our tax advisors
• Tax support for our global activities, taking into account country-specific regulations and frameworks
• Development, further development, and maintenance of internal controlling structures: preparation of cost accounting, profitability analyses, reports, and meaningful key figures
• Responsibility for all human resources – from personnel planning and contract creation to labor law issues and payroll processing in cooperation with tax experts
• Efficient organization and continuous improvement of administrative processes – including contract management, risk management, compliance, IT structures, insurance, and guarantees
• Participation in strategic projects together with management, e.g., in the development of new markets and locations, in acquisition processes, in the further development of the company structure, or in the expansion of new business areas

Qualifications

• Professional experience from a mechanical engineering company, at least 4 consecutive years of employment, is a strict prerequisite.
• Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally with a connection to the construction or engineering industry
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, and very good German skills
• In-depth technical knowledge and many years of practical experience in financial accounting
• Sound experience in the commercial management of international projects
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and a high affinity for digital tools
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of initiative and responsibility
• Willingness for occasional business trips and strong intercultural competence
• Interest and motivation to independently familiarize yourself with international legal frameworks to ensure legally compliant and efficient project execution
