Aufgaben

• You take over the strategic and operational overall responsibility for all commercial areas like Finance, Controlling, Personnel, IT, and Administration
• You bear the full commercial responsibility and coordinate all budgetary processes, including the project and construction site controlling
• You shape the company strategy actively with and work closely with the technical management team to further develop the company sustainably
• You steer the budgeting, financial planning, and liquidity management and provide a transparent reporting to ensure the necessary decision-making basis for the shareholders
• You develop the commercial structures, systems, and processes continuously further, to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth
• You significantly influence investment decisions, take responsibility in risk management, and optimize the organizational workflows of the company

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting or a comparable qualification with corresponding further education, e.g. to Business Administrator
• You have several years of experience in a leading commercial function, ideally in the construction or industry sector, preferably in civil engineering
• You bring founded knowledge in finance and accounting, controlling, company management and in the steering of business processes, including project and construction site controlling, with
• You think entrepreneurially with a strategic long-term perspective, work hands-on and set your IT affinity and enthusiasm for digitalization deliberately to optimize processes
• You convince through a sophisticated demeanor, decision-making strength and communication and negotiation skills and inspire your team through empathetic leadership competence
