Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Total responsibility for the group-wide financial functions Finance, Controlling, Procurement, HR, IT/ERP, and Compliance & Law
  • Leadership and development of the international financial organization
  • Close cooperation with CEO and COO within the management team
  • Development of processes, systems, and working methods to support further company growth
  • Ensuring transparent control and reporting structures at group level
  • Responsibility for budget, forecast, and annual accounting processes
  • Control and development of modern controlling and ERP structures
  • Support for departments in developing sustainable business plans and decision-making bases
  • Contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants, and shareholders
  • Ensuring compliance with growing regulatory requirements

Qualification

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in a financial leadership function within an industrial environment, ideally in the process engineering sector
  • Alternatively high development prospects for the next career step into a CFO position
  • Experience in medium-sized company structures with pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • International management experience and excellent intercultural competence
  • High communication strength and approachable demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial working style
  • Ideally experience in M&A projects and transformation initiatives
  • Very good knowledge of modern ERP systems and routine handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Verbal fluency in German and English, as well as high communication security in an predominantly English-speaking business environment
  • Travel readiness within the international company group
