About the Customer

We are looking for reinforcement for a well-established actor in the field of regional infrastructure and energy supply in the Meppen area. The company specializes in planning and implementing future-oriented facilities and is deeply rooted in the region. Tasks

• Accounting Management and Controlling: You are responsible for the precise examination and preparation of energy invoices as well as the compilation of meaningful business evaluations
• Stakeholder Management: As a competent contact person, you support wind farm companies and stand advisory to partners
• Reporting: You create accountability reports and conduct in-depth analyses to ensure economic transparency
• Audit: You accompany and review annual financial statements and work closely with tax consultants and auditors
• Committee Management: You organize shareholders' meetings from preparing documents to recording and processing minutes
• Organization: With your structured working style, you support the team in general administrative tasks and keep office processes running smoothly

Qualification

• Completed business studies or equivalent commercial training
• Multiple years of experience in commercial assistance, preferably in the field of renewable energies
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organizational abilities, solution-oriented thinking, and a structured working style
