Wooden House Bonndorf is a wooden construction company in the Black Forest with around 100 employees. Planned, pre-fabricated, and realized are high-quality wooden construction projects – from single-family homes to modular project proposals. A broad-based commercial personality is sought, who accurately assesses numbers, processes, and economic questions, takes operational action, and prepares reliable decisions for non-standard topics. The role also includes developing existing systems, setting up ERP structures, and designing interfaces between commercial and operational areas in a practical manner.

Tasks

• Preparation of evaluations, key figures, and decision-making bases for management
• Operative controlling with Soll-Ist comparisons, project, and cost center analyses
• Commercial support for sales in the context of offer preparation, at calculation checks, payment plans, and commercial questions
• Commercial accompaniment of ongoing projects with a focus on costs, revenues, supplements, and clean processing
• Processing of commercial special topics
• Integration of information from various systems and coordination with procurement, project leadership, workshop, production, and external partners
• Structuring and further development of existing IT and ERP systems, as well as improvement of processes, interfaces, and data flows

Qualification

• Experience in controlling, finance operations, or a broad-based commercial role
• High affinity for numbers and data
• Solid understanding of economic relationships, even for non-standard questions
• Experience in commercial processes around offers, contracts, project development, and special topics
• Good understanding of IT systems, ERP structures in SMEs, and digital commercial processes, as well as the willingness to build structures and develop processes
• Ability to order topics independently, set priorities, and implement them cleanly
• Discretion, implementation strength, and rapid integration into new topics and systems
