The Tourism Lifestyle Verlag is an established publishing house with a constantly growing portfolio. With high-quality magazines in the fields of tourism, MICE, and lifestyle, we reach a broad and interested readership.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual (m/f/d) from December 1, 2026, or earlier:

Commercial All-Rounder 60 – 80 %

Tasks

Administration:

• Support for the CEO and the sales team in administrative tasks
• Hub function, big picture perspective
• Subscription management, competitions, specimen copy dispatch
• Administrative and coordination tasks with editorial and sales
• Creation of invoices and statements for our magazines
• Maintenance of customer, supplier, and master data

Accounting and HR

• Financial and management accounting, including closing work
• VAT returns
• Personnel administration from A-Z, including payroll (payroll accounting, settlement with social security institutions)

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship with experience in accounting and HR
• Proficient in closing procedures
• Familiar with the accounting software Infoniqa ONE 50 (desirable)
• CRM user knowledge, involvement in its development
• Enjoy structuring processes and completing tasks efficiently

• Enthusiastic, resilient, structured, entrepreneurial, business-minded, independent, loyal, and discreet
• Residing in the greater Bern area
